Prior to founding Datadog, Olivier Pomel built data systems for K-12 teachers as a VP, Technology for Wireless Generation, where he grew the development team from a handful of people to close to 100 of the best engineers in New York until the company’s acquisition by News Corp. Before Wireless Generation, Olivier held software engineering positions at IBM Research and several internet startups. Olivier is an original author of the VLC media player and holds a MS, CS from the Ecole Centrale Paris.

Prior to founding Datadog, Alexis Lê-Quôc served as the Director of Operations for Wireless Generation, where he built the team and infrastructure that served more than four million students in 49 states. As a member of the original “devops” movement, Alexis spent several years as a software engineer at IBM Research, Neomeo, and Orange, and he brings a strong focus on technical elegance and operational efficiency to Datadog. Alexis holds an MS, CS from the Ecole Centrale Paris and has presented sessions on cloud monitoring and server performance at many conferences, including AWS re:Invent, Monitorama, DevOpsDays, Velocity, and PyCon.

Dr. Yanbing Li is a global business and technology leader with extensive experience in product, engineering, large-scale P&L and global operations. Prior to joining Datadog, Li was the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Aurora. Before Aurora, she was Vice President of Product and Engineering at Google where her portfolio included Google Cloud Commerce, Cloud Operations and Service Infrastructure. Prior to Google, Li held multiple executive leadership positions at VMware, including Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Storage and Availability Business Unit. Li holds a Ph.D degree from Princeton University, a master's degree from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University. She completed the Stanford Executive Program from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2014.

Tom is the Chief Product Officer at Vercel leading Engineering, Product, and Design. Previously he spent over 12 years at Facebook where he led development of the company’s core JavaScript Infra, shaped its open source program, and was responsible for the creation and development of React and React Native. He enjoys traveling, dance music, fancy cocktails, and simple food.

Scott is a Full-Stack Software Engineer on Figma's Production Engineering Team. With 20 years of experience building software products, he is a firm believer that high-quality client observability significantly elevates the velocity of product teams while reducing burnout and toil. Scott focuses on tailoring observability tools to the way product teams actually work, helping to stymie the 'thrash' often experienced during major product launches.

Andrew is a Software Engineer at Figma. He works on the Production Engineering team focused on frontend observability. When not working Andrew spends his time pretending to be a civil war buff and visiting battlefields with his family.

Changhyeon Kevin Yoon is a DevOps Engineer at MIRI D.I.H, the company behind MiriCanvas. He works closely with hundreds of developers to deliver more stable and reliable services. As a company providing a web‑based design editor, MIRI D.I.H continuously researches and designs the best architecture to enable users around the world to create the designs they want easily and seamlessly. To support real‑time collaboration and AI‑powered design tools, they run numerous microservices that must operate quickly and without interruption — and they actively leverage Datadog to make that possible. Since 2024, he has been a Datadog Ambassador and currently leads the Datadog Korea User Group. He's been working as a developer for seven years, happily sharing his life with two adorable cats who often join him during his coding sessions.

Arlei Roberto Francioli Junior is an Executive Manager at Elo, responsible for Production, Infrastructure, and Critical Operations within large-scale, high-availability environments. With a strong focus on resilience, reliability, and operational excellence, Arlei leads initiatives that connect technology, observability, and operational governance to direct business impact. His work centers on ensuring stability and performance across complex, distributed platforms that support national-scale digital transactions. Throughout his career, Arlei has played a key role in strengthening operational practices, improving platform reliability, and evolving mission-critical environments—always balancing technical depth with executive-level decision-making. In his talks, Arlei shares practical insights on how to transform technological complexity into operational confidence, highlighting how observability, strategy, and disciplined operations come together to sustain digital businesses at scale.

Daniel Perschonok is the VP of Cloud, Data, & Security Services at Experian Consumer Services, where he leads teams building scalable, secure cloud platforms and observability-driven systems. He brings nearly two decades of experience in engineering and infrastructure with a passion for using technology to solve complex, real-world problems.

Dongguen Hong is a software engineer with experience in Android, DevOps, and backend engineering. In recent years, he has been working as a gateway engineer for LG U+ APIs.

Eli Oshinsky is a Staff Software Engineer at PayPal, where he works with platform and experience teams to build the next generation of observability infrastructure and instrumentation. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, good coffee, building personal software, and 3d printing.

Junghun Kim is a DevOps Engineering Team Lead at KRAFTON/PUBG Studio, managing teams across Developer Experience Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering. In his current role, he focuses on improving incident management through unified observability, structured workflows, and automation. He has spent several years building internal platforms and reliability practices across multi-cloud Kubernetes environments. Outside of work, Junghun enjoys tinkering with AI-assisted DevOps tools and exploring distributed systems.

Nick Littman is a Customer Solutions Architect at Supabase. He works directly with customers running production Postgres, helping them debug performance problems, make sense of their metrics, and figure out when to optimize vs. when to scale up. He spends a lot of time in pg_stat_statements output and explain plans.

He leads a 300-person global engineering and architecture organisation spanning Net Revenue Management, Commercial Effectiveness, Marketing Technology, Data and Decisioning platforms. Youngjin Jung is a Senior DevOps and Platform Engineer at LG Uplus, where he leads large-scale cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes-based platform initiatives. In his current role, he focuses on building highly reliable, automated AWS environments and driving zero-downtime migrations for mission-critical systems handling hundreds of millions of daily requests. Previously, he worked across global platforms and cloud-native product development, gaining deep expertise in observability, CI/CD, and reliability engineering. Outside of work, he is an active community leader as an AWS Community Builder, AWS Korea User Group leader, and Datadog Ambassador, where he shares knowledge and mentors engineers.

Yuichi Watanabe is a Principal Software Engineer at Nulab Inc., the company behind Backlog — a project management tool used by teams worldwide. He leads the integration of AI-powered features into Backlog, with a focus on securing and observing LLM agents using Datadog AI Guard and LLM Observability. As a Datadog Design Partner, he built and open-sourced a security middleware for the Vercel AI SDK that integrates with Datadog AI Guard.
