Bhawna Singh

Bhawna Singh is a seasoned technology executive, board member, and investor with over 25 years of experience driving innovation at the intersection of cybersecurity, AI, and platform scale. As CTO at Okta, she leads engineering and technology strategy for the company’s Customer Identity business, delivering highly resilient, multi-cloud infrastructure that secures billions of logins each month. Previously, Bhawna served as CTO at Glassdoor, where she led the company’s global engineering organization and technology strategy, driving innovation across product, platform, and data infrastructure in support of its mission to bring greater workplace transparency to millions of users worldwide. She has also held leadership roles at Ask.com (an IAC company), Sybase (now SAP), and AT&T, in addition to
several consulting engagements. Bhawna advises founders, boards, and investors on technology diligence and growth, and is a frequent speaker at reputed industry forums. She serves on a nonprofit board and multiple startup advisory boards, and was named Executive of the Year by the Executive Women’s Forum (2023) and a Top 100 Executive Woman in Tech to Watch (2025).
