Taylor Young is a Technical Sourcer II at Datadog. She is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to continue growing and scaling Datadog’s frontend engineering organization. Additionally, she is the co-lead for Datadog’s Black in Tech community guild. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends at weekly trivia at her favorite bar in Brooklyn and working hard to maintain a 650+ day Duolingo streak.
