Victor joined Airbnb as a software engineer in 2016 and took part in the company’s explosive growth. Currently he’s a part of the Data Frameworks team, where he works on building tools and frameworks to improve the productivity and reliability of Airbnb’s products. Victor has seen Airbnb’s organization and infrastructure rapidly grow from small to large scale, and would love to share a piece of the puzzle, which is Airbnb’s Read-Optimized Stores framework.
