Léo leads the Site Reliability Engineering team at Datadog which focuses on tools and efforts improving the reliability of the product. During this past year, the SRE team worked on a number of initiatives such as chaos engineering, rethinking the incident response process and large upgrades to Datadog's infrastructure. Thanks to his developer background he brings the infrastructure teams closer to the other engineering teams at Datadog. Prior to SRE, Léo worked on the team that built the APM product from the ground up.
